We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager is responsible for structuring vehicle financing and product options for customers while ensuring compliance with lender requirements, dealership policies, and applicable regulations. This position supports timely funding, accurate documentation, strong lender relationships, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of dealership Finance Manager experiencerequired
  • Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender guidelines, dealership processes, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, customer service, writing, and typing skills
  • Team-oriented, flexible, ethical, and committed to deliveringa high levelof customer satisfaction
  • Mustbe authorized towork in the United States
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, which may include background check, motor vehicle record review, drug test, and verification of a valid driver’s license
  • Must be eligible for coverage under the dealership’s insurance policy
  • Bilingual skills preferred but notrequired

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Structure finance and lease transactionsin accordance withlender guidelines, dealership policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Review credit applications, conduct credit interviews, verify material information, andsubmitcomplete andaccurateapplications to lenders.
  • Present financing options, credit insurance, service contracts, and other available products to customers in a clear, compliant, and professional manner.
  • Ensure all deal documents, funding packages, contracts in transit, deposits, and related logs are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate problem deals, missing stipulations, funding delays, or compliance concerns to managementimmediately.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards, including applicable state finance regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with lenders and stay informed of current lender programs, guidelines, and updates.
  • Evaluate lender programs and make recommendations to management to support dealership performance and customer needs.
  • Train and support sales and administrative team members on finance processes, funding package requirements, compliance updates, and documentation standards.
  • Partner with sales, accounting, management, and other departments to support smooth deal flow andtimelyfunding.
  • Maintain an organized office,accuraterecords, andrequiredlogs related to finance activity.
  • Assistwith inventory movement, customer support, and vehicle demonstrations as business needs require.

Compensation: State minimum wage plus commissions, with expected annual earnings of $120,000+ based on performance.
