We are looking for a Community & Creator Specialist to join our Marketing team!

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, relationship-driven, and highly organized Community & Creator Specialist to build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, brand advocates, and local community partners while supporting store-level marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Identify, research, and recruit influencers and content creatorsacross the U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with creators, influencers, and community partners to drive long-term brand advocacy
  • Manage influencer outreach through email, social media, and influencer platforms
  • Coordinate product seeding, gifting programs, PR packages, and influencer campaigns
  • Review and approve creator content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Track content delivery, posting schedules, discount codes, affiliate links, and campaign timelines
  • Identifyhigh-performing creators, content trends, and opportunities tooptimizefuture campaigns

Community & Local Store Marketing

  • Support local store marketing initiatives and community engagement programs for key retail locations
  • Research andidentifypartnership opportunities with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
  • Assistwith the planning and execution of store events, pop-ups, creator meetups, and brand activations
  • Coordinate eventlogistics, vendor communications, and on-site support to ensure successful execution
  • Maintain influencer, media, and community partner databases and contact lists
  • Share learnings and recommendations on creator partnerships, community engagement strategies, and emerging social trends

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, community marketing, social media marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and creator ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating events, activations, or community engagement initiatives is an asset
  • Experience working in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail industries is preferred
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, affiliate programs, and campaign tracking tools is an asset
  • Passion for social media, community building, retail, and brand storytelling
