Infotech® is seeking an Account Executive, Expansion & Renewals to grow revenue within our existing BidX customer base by identifying upgrade opportunities and showing customers the full value of what BidX can do.

What you’ll do

As our Account Executive, Customer Growth, you'll own a book of existing BidX customers and drive their growth to the next tier — identifying where added capability solves a real problem and building the business case that turns that fit into closed revenue. You'll work closely with customer success and product teams to stay ahead of usage trends and technical needs, and with customers themselves to demonstrate exactly what an upgrade unlocks for their operation. Your work directly protects and grows Infotech's most important asset: the trust our existing customers place in us.

What you bring

You must have:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, ideally in account management, customer success, or expansion/upsell sales
• A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) and structured pipeline management
• Strong consultative selling and business-case-building skills
• Comfort owning pricing and negotiation conversations independently

Nice to have:

• SaaS or B2B software sales experience
• Familiarity with the construction or public infrastructure industry
• Experience selling to technical or operational buyers
