Guldmann Inc., a global leader in safe patient handling solutions, is seeking a Sales Customer Success Associate to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Sales Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support throughout their journey with Guldmann. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service, order management, service contract administration, CRM management, and proactive client engagement. Working closely with our sales team and customers, you will help build long-term relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to support customer growth and satisfaction.
- Query Resolution by responding to customer inquiries, investigate an resolve issues in a timely manner. follow up and ensure all issues are handled to the clients satisfaction and closed out
- Quotes and order intake for customer
- Maintain regular contact with client, ensure al their needs are being met. Follow up on any outstanding issues.
- Develop a solid understanding of company products and services ,stay updated on product changes, features and pricing and provide accurate product information to customers.
- CRM system & Data Management through Capturing, updating, and maintaining customer data in the CRM database by tracking client interactions. Ensuring data accuracy.
- Travel to client sites to strengthen client relationships, assess business needs, and deliver responsive support and solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with experience (Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, administrative support, or similar roles
Key skills and attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
