This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP Basis Pleno based in Brazil.

This is a mid-level SAP Basis consulting role focused on supporting and optimizing enterprise SAP infrastructure environments. You will act as a key technical connection between business and technical teams, translating requirements into effective infrastructure and implementation strategies. The role combines SAP Basis expertise with cloud technologies and a strong focus on reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will evaluate technologies and practices that can enhance SAP environments while contributing technical guidance throughout projects. You will also provide high-level support for complex and critical issues, helping ensure business continuity. The position offers exposure to SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, SAP RISE, and major cloud platforms in a collaborative remote environment.

• Act as a technical focal point between business and technical teams, translating needs and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, practices, and innovative tools to optimize SAP environments.
• Participate actively in project meetings, providing technical guidance and ensuring consistency across proposed solutions.
• Provide consultative support for infrastructure decisions and SAP implementation strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical and architectural documentation.
• Provide high-level support for the resolution of complex and critical technical issues, helping maintain business continuity.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices and contribute ideas that promote innovation and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience working as a mid-level SAP Basis Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP components and environments, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and related technologies.
• Practical experience with cloud solutions, particularly SAP RISE, with knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, influence different audiences, and provide technical leadership.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong argumentation and presentation abilities, combined with creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach.
• Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to investigate and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.
• SAP certifications and experience working on international projects are considered valuable differentiators.

• Fully remote work within Brazil.
• Monday to Friday schedule, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
