In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

• Assist with administrative processes related to trailers, semi-trailers, vehicles, registrations, and CESCO transactions.
• Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain documents and records.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Scan and digitize inactive or archived documents.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic files.
• Assist with document control and tracking of pending transactions.
• Enter and update information in computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Provide administrative support to the gestor and office team.
• Follow established procedures for handling confidential and official documentation.
• Communicate with customers, agencies, and other parties as needed to obtain or verify documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties related to the operation of the office.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in office administration, document control, customer service, gestoría, CESCO, vehicle registration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and document scanning.
• Ability to handle multiple documents and tasks accurately.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
