Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst

Location: Salem, Virginia

Shift: 1st

Starting Compensation Range: $21.56 - $27.10 per hour

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for performing maintenance, analysis and adjustments to inventory files on a daily basis to maintain the most up to date inventory information; ensuring effective use of inventory to meet customer demand while maintaining acceptable inventory management; and other duties in support of the Inventory Control Department.

Requirements for the Inventory Control Analyst position include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to function well in a fast-paced and high volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Seeking Candidates with:

• Previous experience working with vendors in a Parts environment; inventory and ordering system
• College degree, preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit and talk or hear
• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
