Procurement Team Lead in Orlando, Florida at Gas Turbine Efficiency LLC

The Procurement Team Lead is responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, components, and services supporting manufacturing operations and customer projects. Serving as the key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, this role manages sourcing, purchase order execution, supplier performance, inventory support, and procurement data within the company's ERP system. In addition to executing hands-on procurement activities, this position provides working leadership to other Procurement team members, balancing individual contributor responsibilities with day-to-day team coordination and mentorship.

• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or energy environment
• Experience sourcing fabricated components, machined parts, electrical equipment, or industrial materials
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications
• Experience working in an ERP-driven manufacturing environment; Epicor experience is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or team coordination experience preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred
