Compensation / Good Faith Pay Range

• $18.00 - $35.00 Flat Rate per Hour (FRH) depending on experience, credentials and certifications.
• Production Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership quality expectations.
• Inspect vehicles and perform preventative maintenance and repair services accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using diagnostic equipment and factory software.
• Document repair recommendations, findings, and completed work accurately within dealership systems.
• Operate manufacturer diagnostic software and technology to support efficient repairs and communication with service advisors.
• Perform road tests before and after repairs to verify customer concerns and ensure repair quality.
• Participate in manufacturer training and continuously develop technical knowledge and certifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all dealership and safety procedures.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by producing quality work and supporting the service team.

What You’ll Bring

• ASE Certifications preferred
• Ability to perform basic automotive maintenance and service repair as well as diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• State Inspector's License preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; work well in teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to team members and customers
• Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited or direct supervision.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
