Bilingual Warehouse Area Manager (English/Spanish) – Weekend Shift – $20+/hr – Dallas in Dallas, Texas at Lots of Auctions

About the Job
DTXT – Lots of Auctions is hiring an Area Manager to lead our weekend inventory team in Dallas. Your team gets items ready for our daily online auctions. You'll spend your shift on the floor, directing the work, fixing problems as they come up and making sure the team hits its safety, quality and production goals.

Fluent Spanish and English are required. You'll lead, train and coach team members in both languages.

Schedule

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12 hours worked + 1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Monday through Thursday off

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the inventory processing team for full 12-hour shifts
• Assign people and adjust priorities throughout the day to keep work moving
• Make sure the team meets its daily production and accuracy goals
• Coach team members in real time and address performance issues
• Track and report results, such as volume and error rates, to senior leadership
• Enforce safety rules, standard procedures and attendance policies
• Oversee equipment use and safety in a warehouse without air conditioning

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Supervisor or lead experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center or manufacturing plant (preferred)
• A track record of getting results in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on leader who stays on the floor, holds people accountable and makes quick decisions
• Clear, direct communicator

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours
• Work in extreme heat and cold (the warehouse has no air conditioning)

Pay & Benefits

• $20.00/hour to start, with higher starting pay possible based on experience
• Paid every two weeks
• Paid time off (vacation and sick time)
