Job Description

Pacifico Energy develops, finances, builds, and operates energy infrastructure that powers businesses and communities. In the U.S., we are tackling one of the biggest challenges facing AI and large-scale data centers: access to reliable power. Our private grids bring dedicated generation and energy storage directly to customers, helping projects move forward without waiting for traditional utility connections. We draw on Pacifico Energy Group’s experience across the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam, spanning solar, wind, battery storage, and natural gas. Joining Pacifico means helping turn ambitious energy projects into operating infrastructure, with work that connects directly to the people and businesses building the future of AI.

Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project with a site workforce peaking above 2,000. As Site Office Manager you keep the owner's site presence running so the project team can focus on the plant, not the logistics. You own facilities coordination, local vendors, accommodation, fleet and records for Pacifico's people on site.

What you get to do:

  • Run the owner's site office day to day, coordinating with the EPC contractor on facilities.
  • Own local vendor accounts and small-value purchasing.
  • Coordinate site access and onboarding for the owner's team and visitors.
  • Manage accommodation and the vehicle fleet for the owner's personnel.
  • Maintain site records, filing and office systems.
  • Support mobilization and demobilization of team members.

What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years running a site or project office on a large construction project.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor accounts, purchasing and expense processing.
  • Proven ability to stay organized in a remote, fast-moving site environment.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint skills.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of relevant experience.

Nice to have:

  • OSHA 30 — provided by the project after mobilization if you do not already hold it.
  • Experience mobilizing an owner's team onto a greenfield site.
