Description: CNC Machinist – Multiple Openings | 2nd & Weekend Shifts

HTI is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a manufacturing company in the Greer, SC area. We have multiple openings available across second and weekend shifts.

Pay and Schedules

Weekend Shift

• Pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience and including the weekend-shift premium
• Friday: 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Work 32 hours and receive pay equivalent to 40 hours

Second Shift

• Pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience and applicable shift premium
• Monday–Thursday
• 4:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m.
• Four 10-hour shifts

What Your Role Will Look Like

• Set up and operate CNC machinery
• Perform tool changes and machine adjustments
• Work with G-code and M-code programming
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed parts using precision measuring equipment
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Work independently to complete assigned work safely and efficiently

What You Need

• Previous CNC machining experience
• Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
• Working knowledge of G-code and M-code
• Experience performing tool changes
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Weekend-shift employees will complete approximately four to six weeks of training on first shift before moving to the weekend schedule. Qualified candidates will be considered for an onsite interview that may include a hands-on machining assessment.
