  • Serve as a creator procurement expert within account teams, developing a strong understanding of client brand archetypes, ideal talent profiles, and vetting requirements.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with creators, agents, managers, and other talent representatives to unlock priority access and high-value partnerships.

  • Champion operational excellence and maintain a high standard of performance across talent partnership activities.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of supporting or scaling impactful creator programs; agency experience is preferred.

  • Experience casting or managing talent for brands operating in highly regulated industries.
  • A strong network of creator, agent, and manager relationships across relevant verticals and social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economics, cultural trends, and the evolving influencer marketing landscape.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking, with experience developing scalable systems and processes that improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Experience using AI and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency is preferred.
