You will listen to customer concerns, prepare accurate service recommendations and estimates, coordinate with technicians, and provide clear updates from vehicle check-in through completion. • Welcome customers, identify service needs, and document concerns accurately.
• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in clear, customer-friendly language.
• Prepare accurate estimates and timelines, obtain approvals, and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to keep repairs progressing efficiently.
• Recommend relevant services that support vehicle performance, reliability, and safety.
• Maintain accurate service records, resolve concerns promptly, and build lasting customer relationships.

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Strong customer service, communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical information and service recommendations clearly.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Luxury or high-end dealership experience and familiarity with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds are preferred.
