WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role verifies and inspects incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips, enters accurate data into the inventory system, creates sales orders, and ensures items meet procedural standards before distribution while managing release, quarantine, and disposition of materials per quality and regulatory requirements. It maintains thorough documentation, including Receiving Inspection Reports and verification testing records, and conducts or coordinates quality inspections and third-party testing for critical components. The position keeps inventory organized through stock rotation, storage plans, and equipment monitoring, ensuring controlled conditions are maintained and that no obsolete or nonconforming products are used or distributed. It also performs accurate inventory counts, maintains proper usage levels, and promptly reports shortages.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 4 years experience in warehousing, storeroom, or inventory
  • 1 year quality control in receiving inspection
  • 1 year experience using an inventory database
  • 1 year experience as a Forklift operator
  • Valid Driver's License

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
