Manager - Assistant Production in Teague, Texas at BRITCO STRUCTURES USA LLC

Position Objective: This position will support the production manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and timely manufacturing processes that meet quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating production schedules and workflow to meet output targets
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Supervise and support production staff, providing guidance and resolving operational issues
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure materials availability
• Analyze production data and assist in implementing process improvements
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and plant safety procedures
• Bilingual (Preferred)

Job Requirements:

• Able to successfully pass a criminal background check (following a conditional offer of employment)
• This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods within a production environment, with frequent use of hands and arms to handle materials and equipment; may involve occasional lifting of moderate weights (up to 30–50 pounds) and working in varying industrial conditions, including exposure to noise and temperature change; strong visual and auditory awareness is necessary to monitor operations and maintain workplace safety
