  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, including RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify cost-reduction opportunities, optimize purchasing processes, and achieve procurement efficiencies.

  • Experience managing supplier relationships, evaluating vendor performance, and developing effective supplier partnerships.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret purchasing data, compare proposals, and assess market trends.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting for data analysis, cost tracking, and performance monitoring.

  • Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar solutions.

  • Ability to independently manage sourcing initiatives, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a remote work environment.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher is preferred, particularly for communication with international suppliers and stakeholders.
