ICMS is looking for an experienced Facilities Shift Supervisor who is responsible for facilities operations, maintenance and support contract. This is a journeyman-level, working supervisory position responsible for overseeing contract operations during shifts when the Project Manager is not on duty. The supervisor will provide on-site leadership, make critical operational decisions, and ensure maintenance and repair activities are completed in accordance with contract requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Serve as the on-site working supervisor during shifts not covered by the Project Manager.

· Make critical decisions and oversee contract operations in the Project Manager’s absence.

· Direct and coordinate maintenance, repair, and operation of building equipment and systems.

· Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, operational standards, and applicable safety procedures.

· Coordinate personnel and work assignments to support continuous and effective facility operations.

· Identify operational issues, address maintenance concerns, and escalate significant problems as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Four (4) years of recent experience (within the past 7 years) managing the operation and maintenance of building equipment and systems in a supervisory capacity for buildings of 300,000 square feet and complexity to the building to be operated and maintained under the contract.

· Knowledge of workplace safety, maintenance procedures, and service quality standards.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Licenses and Certifications:

• A valid state’s driver's license (with no major infractions) is required
• OSHA 30 Training
• EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigeration Technician preferred but not required.

Security Clearance:

Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.
