Job Description:

To perform all responsibilities of a Central Scheduler in addition to the following: • Assist in achieving departmental goals and performance objectives. • Provide training, coaching, and support to team members, including the implementation of new policies and procedures. • Monitor team performance and workflow activities to ensure productivity, quality, and service standards are met. • Communicate expectations, priorities, and operational updates to staff. • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated scheduling issues, collaborating with staff, providers, and leadership as needed.
