• Serve as the primary escalation point for Project Managers regarding scope, schedule, budget, and resource conflicts
• Stand as the program’s executive-level point of contact between the customer and Airline Hydraulics when required; Manage high-level customer relationships and expectations
• Facilitate communication between internal groups including Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Order Processing (OPG), Quality Assurance (QA), and outside contractors to ensure program alignment
• Coordinate program-level meetings with stakeholders as required; Ensure documentation and communication of key decisions and action items
• Ensure all costs are appropriately costed to projects
• Oversee development and integration of individual project timelines into a master program schedule using industry-standard tools (e.g. Gantt Charts)
• Monitor program progress against established baselines; Identify risks, interdependencies, and schedule conflicts before adverse impact occurs
• Track high-level deliverables, documentation submittals, and long-lead purchased items across projects; Ensure cross-project coordination
• Regularly report consolidated program status to internal leadership and external stakeholders as required; Hold Project Managers accountable for maintaining schedules and budgets
• Escalate significant financial, contractual, warranty, or resource issues to executive leadership for approval as required
• Coordinate with Engineering and QA groups to ensure deliverables across all projects meet customer specifications and program objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization within the Project Management function
• Identify and execute customer relationship maintenance and building activities
