Position Overview

We are urgently hiring RNs for AM and PM 12-hour shifts:

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
7:00 AM-7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care Excellence

Provide warm, person-centered care that honors resident dignity

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Conduct assessments, monitor conditions, and respond quickly to changes

Build meaningful connections with residents and families
Leadership & Team Collaboration

Guide and support CNAs through clear, compassionate leadership

Ensure smooth, accurate shift handoffs between teams

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a solutions-focused environment

Serve as the clinical leader for your assigned shift
Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

Complete assessments and documentation in the EMR timely and accurately

Follow Arizona State Board of Nursing standards and CMS guidelines

Participate in QAPI and survey readiness initiatives

What You Need to Succeed

Licensure & Certifications

✔ Active Arizona RN License
✔ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔ CPR/BLS certification (required)
✔ IV certification required for RN
AZ Fingerprint Card Required

Skills & Experience

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently with confidence and compassion

A positive attitude and a genuine love for geriatric care

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and respond quickly to resident needs

Extended standing, walking, and assisting with mobility

Adherence to infection control, safety, and PPE protocols
