Support VMware/Hyper-V, VMs, host resources, storage, snapshots and capacity. Maintain standards and documentation; automate administration and reporting with PowerShell.

2. Cloud, Microsoft 365 & Identity — Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and cloud/hybrid services; manage authentication, permissions, licensing, MFA, Conditional Access and access controls. Support hybrid identity, directory synchronization and cloud integrations; troubleshoot access and connectivity issues and assist with migrations and improvements.

3. MDM, Endpoint & Asset Management — Administer MDM/UEM for computers, phones, tablets and other endpoints; manage enrollment, configuration, application deployment, compliance, policies and lifecycle. Maintain accurate inventory, ownership, location, warranty and licensing records; coordinate deployments, recovery, retirement and refresh; reconcile asset and management-system records.

4. Security, Backup & Operational Resilience — Support system hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint and identity protection. Monitor backups, participate in recovery testing and disaster-recovery planning; identify risks and recommend improvements to security, reliability, recoverability and performance.

5. Technical Support & Networking Knowledge — Serve as a senior Tier 2/3 escalation point; diagnose complex server, virtualization, application, endpoint, identity and cloud issues using logs, monitoring and root-cause analysis. Document and communicate risks and findings. Apply TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN and routing/switching fundamentals; advanced firewall engineering is not a primary responsibility.

6. Project Ownership & Continuous Improvement — Own projects from evaluation through implementation; assess dependencies, risk and operational impact, manage priorities and timelines with limited supervision, and communicate roadblocks.
