PanCare of Florida is seeking a Clinic Manager to support our medical clinics in Blountstown, Bristol and Port St. Joe, Florida. The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all administrative, billing, provider, and nursing staff, as well as clinic resources. This role involves aligning the clinic’s operations with the organization’s strategic goals. The Manager is accountable for developing high-quality, cost-effective, and integrated programs within the clinic. The position carries a broad scope of responsibilities with significant organizational impact, ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and productively. As the primary liaison with the Corporate Office, the Clinic Manager works closely with the Director of Medical Operations and ensures services meet the needs of patients, physicians, the public, and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with Corporate Management and Medical Staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Represent the clinic at community outreach activities and public events.
- Act as a liaison between hospitals, private physician practices, diagnostic providers, and social service agencies.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between all administrative and clinical teams, including Corporate Executives, Directors, Managers, staff and external services to ensure integrated service delivery and meet organizational objectives.
- Oversee clinic staff and assist in resource allocation decisions.
- Represent the clinic in external market engagements and internal community relations and marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies to enhance market share and improve overall clinic performance.
- Provide guidance to reduce costs, increase revenue, and meet utilization and quality goals. Utilize data to support management decisions.
- Communicate essential information about managed care, market demands, competition, cost control, and patient-focused services to staff.
- Participate in outreach activities and maintain networking relations with our community partnerships that align with our goal of an integrated healthcare system.
- Participate in safety programs, including emergency response teams as needed.
- This role demands strong leadership and accountability for the overall clinic operations. The
Manager will oversee the implementation of clinical operations and strategic plans, with key responsibilities including:
- Staff training and development.
- Directing and coordinating medical staff credentialing functions.
- Overseeing the financial operations, including billing and accounting, in collaboration with the Billing and Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
- Overseeing patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, reception, medical records, and transcription services.
- Ensuring accurate coding for diagnoses and procedures.
- Enforcing compliance with corporate policies and HIPAA regulations related to patient registration and records management.
- Supervising administrative, billing, and clinical personnel, including work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Evaluate performance, recommend personnel actions, and administer disciplinary measures as necessary. Motivate staff to maintain high productivity and performance.
- Maintaining the center’s property inventory.
- Prepares and delivers reports to the executive leadership, highlighting progress towards attaining goals and objectives.
- Develops and fosters a patient-centered and positive, healthy work environment.
- Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations, and addressing any payroll discrepancies for clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
- At least 2 years of managing clinic operations experience, including staff and financial oversight
- Knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations and billing systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting in a medical or clinical environment
- At least 3 years of managing clinic operations including staff and financial oversight
- Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CHC, CMPE)
