This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions across complex enterprise environments.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate warehouse and supply chain needs into effective SAP solutions.
The position combines functional consulting, solution design, configuration, testing, integration, and client-facing delivery.
You will help organizations improve warehouse efficiency, operational visibility, inventory control, and logistics performance through modern SAP capabilities.
The role provides exposure to complex SAP landscapes, cross-functional processes, and transformation initiatives spanning the full project lifecycle.
You will contribute to continuous improvement while supporting successful implementations, deployments, and post-go-live operations.

- Lead and support SAP EWM solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization activities across enterprise environments.
- Gather, analyze, and document warehouse, logistics, and supply chain requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP EWM functional designs, process configurations, and practical system solutions.
- Support integrations between SAP EWM and related SAP and non-SAP systems, including ERP, TM, MM, SD, and third-party logistics solutions.
- Participate in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions that support business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment, delivery quality, and successful user adoption.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, training materials, issue documentation, and solution specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing warehouse processes, operational efficiency, and SAP system performance.
- Provide client-facing guidance throughout the project lifecycle and build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to release management, change management, testing, and other delivery activities as required.
- Explore opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled services, and modern delivery practices to improve solution effectiveness and operational outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bring 5+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and warehouse process design.
- Possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, logistics execution, and related supply chain workflows.
- Have experience supporting full SAP project lifecycles, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable SAP solutions.
- Have experience working within integrated SAP environments and collaborating effectively across functional and technical teams.
- Possess strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and client engagement skills.
- Be comfortable managing multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Demonstrate strong documentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate processes, technical or functional issues, and proposed solutions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and embedded SAP EWM is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP TM, MM, SD, or other supply chain modules is an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing solution delivery is preferred.
- Experience with warehouse automation technologies, RF devices, or material-handling integrations is a plus.
- Exposure to testing tools, release management, and change management practices is beneficial.
- Demonstrate an interest in innovation, continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled delivery approaches.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- SAP certification in Extended Warehouse Management or related SAP supply chain disciplines is an asset, while SAP S/4HANA or supply chain certifications are a plus.
