As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales & Marketing team and helping create memorable guest experiences. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assist with event coordination, maintain essential administrative processes, and help drive revenue through exceptional service and organization.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys collaborating with others, and takes pride in providing outstanding support to both guests and team members. This is a full-time position that requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Job Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, managing communications, and building positive relationships with guests, clients, and vendors.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team by coordinating appointments, site tours, meetings, and event-related activities.
- Process deposits, booking confirmations, invoices, event billing, and post-event correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute event documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and other departmental materials.
- Manage departmental inboxes, phone calls, filing systems, office supplies, and administrative functions.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, special events, and community outreach efforts.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor communications.
- Maintain accurate records and data within company systems and ensure information is organized and up to date.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
