Accountabilities:
  • Define and evolve the global creative vision, ensuring consistent and impactful brand storytelling across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Lead concept development and execution for major brand initiatives, product launches, digital experiences, events, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Oversee creative quality across video, web, social media, experiential marketing, advertising, and out-of-home campaigns.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary creative team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, product teams, and marketing leadership to align creative strategies with business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Establish scalable creative processes, frameworks, and brand governance standards across the organization.
  • Drive strategic thinking and creative innovation while maintaining operational excellence and high production quality.
  • Present and communicate creative concepts confidently to senior leadership and influence strategic direction across the business.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within global B2B, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of leading integrated creative teams and delivering large-scale global campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative creative direction, brand storytelling, and forward-thinking design execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign development.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business goals into compelling creative solutions.
  • Experience managing creative operations, production workflows, and scalable brand systems across international markets.
  • High proficiency with modern creative tools, digital production technologies, and collaborative workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, matrixed organizations while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on creative leadership.
  • Experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or large-scale rebranding initiatives is considered a strong advantage.
