This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven paid media professional to take ownership of high-impact client accounts in a fast-growing performance marketing environment. The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and client relationship leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both execution and communication. You will manage end-to-end Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking for financial services clients. Working in a highly performance-oriented culture, you’ll directly influence client growth, retention, and long-term success. This position offers strong autonomy, exposure to advanced marketing systems, and the opportunity to collaborate closely with creative and operational teams. If you enjoy accountability, optimization, and driving measurable business outcomes, this role provides an excellent platform for growth and impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic communication and performance updates.
  • Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign performance, discuss optimization strategies, and align on business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports ahead of scheduled client calls.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment scheduling.
  • Monitor campaign metrics daily and implement data-driven adjustments to achieve cost-per-appointment and conversion targets.
  • Develop intervention strategies for underperforming campaigns and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Write compelling ad copy, hooks, messaging variations, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to support high-performing advertising assets.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline copywriting and campaign development while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Configure tracking systems, conversion events, marketing automations, and integrations including Calendly and Zapier.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to advertising platforms, lead routing, and campaign infrastructure.
  • Strengthen client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referral opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated success achieving campaign performance goals and maintaining strong client retention.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging development skills, including experience creating ad copy and conversion-focused scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, Meta pixels, lead attribution, and marketing automation systems.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and appointment-setting funnels, particularly for high-ticket or considered purchase services.
  • Experience within financial services, wealth management, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of video sales letter marketing strategies and direct-response advertising methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with rapid execution.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing direct client relationships and measurable outcomes.
Benefits:
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States.
  • Competitive performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Flexible work schedule promoting work-life balance.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Exposure to a rapidly growing, performance-focused marketing environment.
  • Opportunity to work with innovative lead generation strategies and advanced advertising systems.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture with strong career growth potential.
