Accountabilities

This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex product features while maintaining high engineering standards and supporting team growth.

  • Scope, design, and lead delivery of large-scale product features and roadmap initiatives across teams
  • Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical solutions and execution plans
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions and long-term technical strategy
  • Drive end-to-end development across frontend and backend systems with a focus on scalability and reliability
  • Lead debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex production and cross-system issues
  • Maintain high code quality standards through reviews, testing practices, and engineering best practices
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and delivery outcomes
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to strengthen technical capability and team performance
  • Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes, Agile practices, and team workflows
Requirements

This position requires strong full-stack engineering experience combined with technical leadership and a track record of delivering complex, high-scale systems.

  • 7–10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities
  • Strong experience building and delivering large-scale features in modern software environments
  • Solid proficiency across both frontend and backend technologies (polyglot engineering mindset preferred)
  • Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable distributed systems
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Proven ability to debug complex systems and resolve production-level issues
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-changing product environments
