You will partner closely with operational leaders to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable reporting and dashboards that drive decision-making.

Your work will have a direct impact on visibility, efficiency, and optimization of Prior Authorization workflows.
- Partner with Prior Authorization leadership to design and implement KPI frameworks, operational reporting structures, and performance dashboards.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, datasets, and Snowflake views to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Build and enhance dashboards and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track operational performance and key business metrics.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends, workflow gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate operational and business requirements into scalable, automated reporting solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across all reporting and analytics outputs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing Prior Authorization and revenue cycle workflows.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, operational analytics, revenue cycle analytics, or Prior Authorization analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets in tools such as Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards, KPI reporting systems, and performance tracking solutions.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and Prior Authorization processes preferred.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into structured analytical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and move quickly.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with operational stakeholders.
- Exposure to healthcare environments such as diagnostics, laboratory, or specialty care is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range: $85,100 – $110,000 USD (based on experience and location).
