This leadership role sits at the heart of enterprise digital transformation, driving the strategy and governance of a global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem. You will define and execute the long-term PLM vision that connects engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service through a unified digital thread. The role involves overseeing large-scale PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter and Dassault Enovia, ensuring scalability, reliability, and governance across global operations. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to optimize product data flows, improve lifecycle processes, and strengthen configuration and change management practices. As a key digital leader, you will enable automation, standardization, and innovation across enterprise systems. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact transformation programs in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment. You will also build and mentor high-performing teams while shaping next-generation PLM capabilities.
- Define and lead the enterprise PLM vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with engineering, manufacturing, and compliance priorities.
- Own and govern PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Enovia, and related systems, ensuring scalability and lifecycle excellence.
- Drive end-to-end PLM process optimization, including change control, configuration management, release governance, document control, and BOM management.
- Enable a strong Digital Thread strategy connecting design, simulation, manufacturing, and service data flows.
- Establish governance standards for data quality, access control, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, feature adoption, and PLM maturity improvements.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing global teams across PLM engineering and solution functions.
- Collaborate with vendors for roadmap alignment, licensing optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Drive automation, standardization, and simplification across PLM processes and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of experience in PLM systems within engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Strong expertise in enterprise PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Enovia, Windchill, or 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Proven leadership in PLM strategy development and large-scale transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, configuration control, change management, release governance, BOM, and data governance.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality domains.
- Strong ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong execution mindset with proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Preferred: experience with Digital Thread, Digital Twin, MBSE integrations, Agile/SAFe, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Familiarity with API-first, UX-driven, and self-service product models is a plus.
