This role sits at the center of a high-impact performance marketing engine focused on driving efficient customer acquisition across multiple paid channels. You will own strategy and execution across search, paid social, affiliate, influencer, and app marketing, ensuring every channel contributes meaningfully to growth and profitability. Working within a fast-moving, data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with creative, lifecycle, product, and analytics teams to build scalable campaigns that improve conversion across the funnel. The role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on platform expertise, and the ability to translate insights into actionable experiments. You will also play a key role in shaping testing frameworks, attribution clarity, and marketing systems that reduce inefficiencies and increase speed of execution. This is a highly operational and strategic role for a performance marketer who thrives in ownership and experimentation.
Own and scale multi-channel performance marketing efforts while continuously optimizing acquisition efficiency, experimentation, and marketing system performance.
- Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display) and Microsoft Ads, including budget allocation, bidding strategy, and performance optimization.
- Oversee paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms, partnering with creative teams to test and refine messaging and formats.
- Lead affiliate marketing operations, including partner recruitment, onboarding, commission structuring, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Build and scale influencer marketing initiatives, including creator sourcing, contracting, briefing, compliance, and content amplification strategies.
- Drive app acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns, and other mobile growth channels with appropriate measurement frameworks.
- Design structured testing roadmaps for audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and channel expansion opportunities.
- Build and optimize AI-enabled workflows and automation systems to improve campaign research, reporting, analysis, and execution speed.
- Own tracking integrity including pixels, UTMs, naming conventions, and campaign QA to ensure clean, reliable data.
- Develop performance reporting dashboards and partner with analytics teams on attribution, incrementality testing, and insights generation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with lifecycle, CRM, legal, product, and creative teams to align messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.
Experienced performance marketing professional with strong technical fluency, analytical depth, and hands-on ownership across multiple paid acquisition channels.
- 5+ years (7+ preferred) of performance marketing experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple channels.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (full ecosystem) and Microsoft Ads, with proven scaling experience.
- Experience managing affiliate programs (Impact or similar), including partner management, commissions, and reporting.
- Proficiency in paid social advertising across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and related platforms.
- Strong experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to build workflows, automate analysis, and improve marketing efficiency.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in GA4, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of attribution models (last-click, MTA, incrementality) and performance measurement trade-offs.
- Proven ability to improve key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and CVR through structured testing and optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Experience in trust-based or considered purchase industries (legal, fintech, insurance, healthtech) is a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $145,000 – $175,000 plus equity
