This role is well suited for a results-oriented leader eager to contribute to meaningful change at scale within the healthcare and benefits ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to strengthen positioning and communicate compelling value propositions.
  • Support the development and expansion of strategic broker and consultant partnerships that influence purchasing decisions and market growth.
  • Create and refine scalable sales processes, playbooks, KPIs, and collateral to improve operational efficiency and long-term sales performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives, product offerings, and customer needs.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of enterprise sales experience focused on healthcare benefits, medical solutions, ancillary products, or healthcare technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling to large enterprise organizations with proven success managing high-value sales cycles.
  • Strong existing relationships within broker, consultant, and insurance networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and develop strategic partnerships across complex ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to transform complex information into actionable business insights.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable sales strategies, operational frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high-growth, mission-driven environment while balancing strategic priorities and execution.
  • Experience working in venture-backed or early-stage organizations is preferred.
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote and distributed teams while maintaining high levels of accountability and performance.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation package ranging from $350,000 to $415,000, including base salary and commission structure.
  • Eligibility for equity participation and long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Access to virtual healthcare and wellness support programs.
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional travel opportunities.
  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on improving healthcare outcomes at scale.
  • Collaborative, high-performance culture with strong opportunities for professional growth and leadership impact.
