Senior Specialist, Employee Engagement & Talent Management

This role is a key driver of employee experience, shaping how talent is welcomed, developed, and engaged across the organization. The Senior Specialist owns the design and delivery of onboarding programs and plays a central role in building career development and talent management initiatives that strengthen engagement and retention. Acting as both strategist and hands-on facilitator, the position brings programs to life through live sessions, toolkits, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a strong balance of people-centered design thinking and operational execution in a fast-moving environment. The role directly influences how employees experience their first months and long-term growth within the organization. It is ideal for someone who thrives in building programs from the ground up and turning ideas into scalable impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end onboarding experience, including the first 90 days of the employee journey
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for corporate and field employees, including culture, product, performance expectations, and business context
  • Facilitate live onboarding sessions and key milestone touchpoints for new hires
  • Develop hiring manager toolkits, onboarding guides, and structured frameworks to ensure consistent delivery across the organization
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business leaders to improve onboarding workflows and remove friction points
  • Design and manage onboarding feedback mechanisms, including surveys and action planning based on results
  • Support the design and evolution of career development frameworks and employee growth pathways
  • Translate performance and talent review insights into actionable development tools and manager conversations
  • Contribute to performance management enablement, including tools, messaging, and training resources
  • Analyze employee experience data and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and retention
  • Support internal communications for talent programs, including launches, updates, and engagement campaigns
  • Assist in talent review preparation and cross-functional coordination
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience roles
  • Proven experience designing and implementing onboarding programs with measurable impact
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Experience building manager toolkits, training materials, and structured HR programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with experience designing surveys, analyzing engagement data, and presenting insights
  • Familiarity with performance management, talent reviews, and career development frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in program delivery
