RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick products and materials based on customer orders, pick tickets, or RF scanner instructions.
• Accurately verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions before packing.
• Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipment.
• Label packages and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or handheld scanners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged products.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.
• Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and shipping deadlines.
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to support efficient operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge preferred.
