As Chief-of-Staff, Global Operations & Services (GO&S), you will serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, helping drive organizational alignment, operational excellence, and execution of high-priority initiatives. This highly visible role sits at the center of a global operations organization, connecting teams, projects, and business objectives to accelerate impact and performance. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, support executive decision-making, and ensure strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans. The position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence critical business outcomes. Ideal for a proactive and analytical leader, this role combines strategy, operations, project management, and executive partnership within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic insights, operational guidance, and support for key business decisions and organizational priorities.
  • Manage executive office operations, including prioritization of strategic topics, preparation of briefing materials, and coordination of leadership meetings and communications.
  • Lead planning and execution of leadership staff meetings, developing agendas, delivering analysis to inform discussions, and ensuring accountability through follow-up and progress tracking.
  • Support high-impact business initiatives through the preparation of executive presentations, board materials, investor communications, leadership updates, and annual planning activities.
  • Partner with leaders across departments to launch, coordinate, and advance strategic initiatives that drive organizational performance and alignment.
  • Oversee goal-setting processes, ensuring objectives are clearly defined, aligned across teams, monitored effectively, and linked to broader business priorities.
  • Drive complex operational and strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, measurable outcomes, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or related leadership role supporting senior executives.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities and driving results across complex organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and operational outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a data-driven approach to business challenges.
  • Demonstrated success leading large portfolios of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives under tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and sound judgment when navigating ambiguity and organizational change.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
