This role sits at the intersection of advanced technical support, systems engineering, and customer success within a high-security SaaS environment. You will act as a trusted technical expert for enterprise customers, helping diagnose and resolve complex issues across identity security, secrets management, and cloud-native infrastructure. The position involves deep hands-on troubleshooting across Linux, Kubernetes, IAM systems, and cloud platforms, ensuring customers maintain stable and secure deployments. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical issues while contributing to product improvements and knowledge sharing. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role where your expertise directly impacts platform reliability and customer trust. The environment is fast-paced, security-focused, and centered on continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical support cases related to SaaS identity security platforms, including authentication, secrets management, and certificate workflows
- Build and maintain test environments using Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and related tooling to reproduce and diagnose customer issues
- Perform deep system analysis, including log review, root cause identification, and troubleshooting across infrastructure, networking, and application layers
- Support customers in implementing secure configurations and best practices across IAM, cloud, and DevOps environments
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate issues, validate fixes, and improve platform reliability and customer experience
- Develop internal documentation, troubleshooting runbooks, and knowledge base content to enhance support efficiency
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical support, DevOps, system administration, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems in production environments
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and shell scripting
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, authentication protocols, APIs, and identity-based security workflows
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, TLS/SSL, and system-level debugging techniques
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills with strong communication abilities in English
