Accountabilities:

  • Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical teams by clarifying ownership, resolving blockers, and driving follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and modern tooling practices.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong delivery leadership with technical depth and experience managing complex technology programs in fast-paced environments.

  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role within complex technology environments.
  • Proven experience delivering e-commerce platforms and digital transformation initiatives, with hands-on exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
  • Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies, including PI Planning, feature-level tracking, and cross-team delivery coordination.
  • Ability to engage confidently with engineers, architects, technical leads, business teams, and external vendors.
  • Experience managing multi-team, multi-market technology programs with complex dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with web performance, platform security, test automation, release management, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage risks, milestones, priorities, and delivery commitments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across different time zones.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in retail, luxury, omnichannel, CRM, clienteling, or broader Salesforce ecosystems is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, or Excel is a plus.
  • Interest in automation and AI-assisted delivery practices.
