Under the leadership of the Restaurant Manager, the F&B Supervisor oversees daily operations.
Essential Functions:

- Interact with guests to ensure that their dining experience is flawless.
- Ensure servers, bussers, bartenders, cashiers, and In-Room dining personnel are performing according to standards and provide the necessary support.
- Assess guests need and preferences and make recommendations
- Take orders and serve meals and drinks if necessary.
- Check identification to verify patron meets legal drinking age requirement
- Ensure inventory and supplies are re-stocked and available.
- Assist with payroll, scheduling, and administrative procedures as needed.
- Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards
- Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time position. Must be available to work weekends. Flex scheduled days and Holidays as dictated by business demands.

Requirements:Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Relevant training certificate
