Job Summary

Our client in Hendersonville is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filler Operator to support beverage production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating filling equipment, maintaining product quality, and ensuring efficient production flow in a fast-paced, food-grade environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filler equipment to maintain production efficiency and output

• Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place), Kosher, and Organic wash procedures in accordance with sanitation standards

• Monitor bottle and product flow, clear jams, and make minor machine adjustments as needed

• Conduct routine quality checks, including fill levels, seals, and product appearance

• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

• Track materials, waste, and production changes throughout the shift

• Follow all safety, SQF, and food safety regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience (food or beverage experience preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working with machinery, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation processes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
