JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Site Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Site Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day supply chain operations at an assigned satellite location, outpatient facility, surgery center, or hospital department. This position serves as the on-site supply chain resource and is responsible for inventory management, replenishment, receiving, distribution, PAR level maintenance, product issue resolution, and coordination with the centralized Supply Chain team.
The Coordinator ensures supplies and equipment are available to support patient care while maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing waste, and promoting efficient operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain inventory levels to support daily operations and patient care activities.

Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies based on established PAR levels and usage trends.

Conduct routine inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Assist with inventory optimization and reduction of excess or obsolete inventory.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

Distribute supplies, equipment, and special orders to departments in a timely manner.

Coordinate delivery and movement of supplies throughout the facility.

Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper product rotation.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, infection prevention standards, and organizational policies.

Maintain clean, organized, and secure inventory storage areas.

Participate in product recall management and documentation.

Support accreditation surveys and supply chain audits as needed.
Deepen Connections: We build strong relationships with our patients, their families and partners in the communities we serve.

Serve as the primary supply chain contact for the assigned location.

Respond to supply requests and assist departments with product-related needs.

Monitor backorders, shortages, substitutions, and product recalls.

Coordinate alternative product solutions when supply disruptions occur.

Support implementation of new products and supply standardization initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Required Licensure: N\A
Required Experience:

Minimum two (2) years of inventory, materials management, warehouse, distribution, or (1) year in rural healthcare supply chain experience preferred.

Experience with ERP, inventory management, or materials management systems preferred.
Skills:

Knowledge of inventory control and distribution processes.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and inventory systems.

Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ability to establish effective working relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Office and clinical settings with potential exposure to patient care areas.

Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

May require occasional travel between facility locations.
