This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on shaping the strategy and evolution of an enterprise fraud prevention portfolio.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, helping organizations detect and prevent increasingly sophisticated financial crime.
The role combines product vision, technical depth, data-driven decision-making, and strong understanding of the payments ecosystem.
You will lead a team of product managers while partnering closely with engineering, data science, risk operations, marketing, and sales.
Your work will directly influence fraud detection performance, customer experience, and the ability to respond to emerging threats.

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the fraud prevention product portfolio.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic discovery and prioritization through development, launch, optimization, and scaling.
- Balance immediate customer needs with longer-term innovation across device intelligence, behavioral biometrics, machine learning, and fraud prevention technologies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, providing strategic direction, coaching, and clear priorities.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science leadership to translate complex fraud typologies into accurate, scalable, and low-latency product capabilities.
- Drive product improvements that increase fraud detection and catch rates while reducing false positives and unnecessary user friction.
- Define, monitor, and optimize complex fraud and risk metrics to evaluate product effectiveness and guide investment decisions.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify product opportunities, emerging patterns, and areas for performance improvement.
- Maintain deep awareness of emerging fraud threats, including account takeover, synthetic identity creation, and evolving attack techniques.
- Monitor market developments, competitive capabilities, and advances in fraud technology to inform product strategy and maintain differentiation.
- Translate customer and market needs into actionable product requirements and priorities.
- Collaborate with Risk Operations to ensure product capabilities effectively support fraud prevention workflows and operational requirements.
- Work with Marketing and Sales to develop product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Support enterprise customer conversations by clearly communicating the business and technical value of fraud prevention capabilities.
- Drive zero-to-one product initiatives and scale successful solutions toward enterprise readiness.
- Establish processes and operating mechanisms that enable consistent, high-quality product execution.
- Align product, engineering, data science, risk, and go-to-market teams around shared objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Stay several steps ahead of evolving fraud behaviors and help translate threat intelligence into product strategy.
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in product leadership roles managing other product managers.
- Deep, hands-on experience in payment fraud within a high-growth payment processor, fraud technology provider, merchant, or comparable environment.
- Previous experience working for a specialized fraud technology provider or B2B SaaS startup.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and enterprise fraud prevention.
- Extensive knowledge of fraud typologies, risk management, and modern fraud detection approaches.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- Proven ability to define, track, and optimize sophisticated risk metrics such as recall, precision, approval rates, fraud catch rates, and false-positive rates.
- Demonstrated success taking products from zero to one and subsequently scaling them for enterprise customers.
- Strong execution orientation with a demonstrated bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
- Experience translating complex technical, data, and risk concepts into clear product strategies and customer-facing value propositions.
- Strong ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams on machine learning-driven products and technical solutions.
- Proven people leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, coach, develop, and motivate product management talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to operate effectively at an execution level.
- High degree of ownership, autonomy, and accountability in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to prioritize effectively while balancing customer requirements, business objectives, technical constraints, and long-term product strategy.
