About the Role:
The Prolink Cutter plays a critical role in the manufacturing and production process by operating specialized cutting machinery to precisely cut materials according to detailed specifications. This position ensures that all cuts meet quality standards and production deadlines, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of the production line. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions accurately. The Prolink Cutter collaborates closely with other team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Ultimately, this position is essential for delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations and company standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating cutting machinery or similar industrial equipment.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience specifically with Prolink cutting machines.
- Certification in industrial machine operation or manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures in production settings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate Prolink cutting machines to cut materials accurately based on provided specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Maintain and clean cutting equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to the maintenance team.
