Job Description
Who we are:
Founded in 2015, TimeDoc Health is a leader in Virtual Care Management (VCM) for healthcare providers, one of the largest and fastest growing markets in healthcare. Over the past 11+ years, we've built and scaled care management programs with 1,000+ medical practices and delivered more than 3 million hours of clinical services to patients with chronic and behavioral health conditions. Our solution combines a care management SaaS platform, remote patient monitoring devices, and digital care management services to provide the personal touch often missing in healthcare. TimeDoc Health is backed by Aldrich Capital Partners, which has invested to accelerate our growth and build a world class commercial organization over the next several years.
Who you are:
Proven Hunter: You are a self starting, highly motivated seller with a track record of closing complex, tech enabled healthcare services deals into large provider organizations. Enterprise Relationship Builder: You have existing relationships, or the credibility to build them fast, with senior leadership at health systems, provider groups, and ACOs, and you know how to turn those relationships into revenue. Fluent Navigator: You understand fee for service and risk/value based pricing models, and you are comfortable managing a disciplined, multi stakeholder pipeline from first call to signed contract.
The Role: In a Nutshell
As Enterprise Growth Director, you will be a high impact individual contributor driving new revenue growth by hunting strategic opportunities within enterprise, tech enabled healthcare services. You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer, whose scope spans marketing, sales, client success, and enrollment, giving you direct visibility into how your deals translate into onboarding, retention, and long term account health, not just a signed contract.
You will act as a passionate advocate for TimeDoc, uncovering complex client challenges and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate clear value to large scale organizations. Your success will be driven by your hunger to win, your integrity, and your ability to build meaningful relationships through networking.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Targeting: Identify and prioritize key strategic accounts within healthcare, focused on large provider organizations and health systems.
- Enterprise Hunting: Proactively source and cultivate new business opportunities to expand TimeDoc's market presence.
- Complex, Multi Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with senior decision makers, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, physician owners, and VPs of Population Health, to uncover needs across Advanced Primary Care Management, Chronic Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Population Health Management.
- Value Driven Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling, solution oriented presentations that clearly connect TimeDoc's capabilities to each organization's specific goals.
- Full Cycle Pipeline Ownership: Lead the full sales process, including discovery, executive alignment, proposal development, and contract negotiation, while maintaining a disciplined and accurately forecasted pipeline.
- High Stakes Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing (FFS and value based) with high integrity to close strategic deals of $1M+ ARR per deal.
- System Accuracy: Maintain accurate, up to date records in Salesforce for all leads, opportunities, and interactions.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales support, product, legal, and finance to build customized proposals that address each client's unique requirements.
- Playbook Development: Contribute to the evolution of sales playbooks, messaging, and repeatable processes as our commercial team scales.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree a plus.
- Experience: 5-7+ years of full cycle B2B enterprise sales experience in tech enabled healthcare services, specifically chronic care, population health, or remote patient monitoring.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close individual deals of $1M+ ARR and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Buyer Relationships: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage effectively with senior healthcare leadership, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, physician owners, and VPs of Population Health, within large provider groups and health systems.
- EHR Fluency: Familiarity with major EHR ecosystems, including Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and NextGen, and an understanding of the interoperability challenges within provider organizations.
- Sales Methodology: Expertise in a structured sales qualification methodology (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar) and proficiency with Salesforce.
- Pricing Model Knowledge: Strong understanding of both fee for service and risk/value based pricing models
- Territory: Based within our Eastern U.S. territory, ideally the Northeast, Mid Atlantic, or Southeast region.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with prospects and clients and attend industry events.
Salary Description: $125,000 - $150,000 base plus commissions and incentives. This range reflects the current benchmark for the role; some flexibility exists for candidates who bring exceptional, demonstrated experience beyond the core requirements.
