  • Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
  • Address customer concerns through proper diagnosis, repair, and quality control
  • Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards
  • Complete repair orders and assigned work efficiently and within established time expectations
  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections and identify needed maintenance or repairs
  • Maintain accurate documentation for repair orders, timekeeping, electronic inspections, repair recommendations, and completed work
  • Stay current on manufacturer technical information, service procedures, and technical bulletins
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations
As a Performance Team Member, You Will:

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous automotive service technician experience preferred
  • ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Ability to accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicle systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
  • Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely and properly
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
