- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Address customer concerns through proper diagnosis, repair, and quality control
- Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards
- Complete repair orders and assigned work efficiently and within established time expectations
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections and identify needed maintenance or repairs
- Maintain accurate documentation for repair orders, timekeeping, electronic inspections, repair recommendations, and completed work
- Stay current on manufacturer technical information, service procedures, and technical bulletins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous automotive service technician experience preferred
- ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicle systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
- Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely and properly
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
