Advantixx Insurance is an independently owned and operated Farmers agency serving individuals, families, and businesses from our Henderson, Nevada office. Our team provides personal, commercial, life, and related insurance solutions through responsive service, disciplined follow-through, and ethical, compliant advice.

Employment is with Advantixx Insurance and is separate from employment with Farmers Insurance Exchange or its affiliates.

ROLE SUMMARY

Manage customer relationships after the sale, resolve service needs, support retention, and identify appropriate coverage conversations for licensed team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly to calls, emails, billing questions, policy changes, and documentation requests.

• Coordinate claims guidance, renewal reviews, and customer follow-up.

• Maintain accurate notes and tasks in agency systems.

• Support retention, referrals, cross-selling, and account rounding within licensing rules.

• Work closely with producers and carriers to deliver an excellent customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong customer service, organization, accuracy, and communication skills.

• Insurance agency or financial-services experience is preferred.

• Active Nevada P&C license is preferred; qualified candidates willing to obtain licensing may be considered.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
