About the OpportunityHomeFront Brands is seeking an accomplished Franchise Brand President to lead a home services franchise brand within the HomeFront Brands platform. This executive will have full accountability for the brand’s strategy, performance, franchisee success, and long-term enterprise value.
The Brand President will set a clear vision, build organizational alignment, and translate platform capabilities into profitable growth at the brand and franchisee levels. The successful candidate will combine proven brand-president leadership with deep home services experience and a strong understanding of franchise operations.Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and performance: Establish the vision, strategic priorities, annual operating plan, and performance expectations for the brand.
• Own the business: Maintain accountability for revenue growth, profitability, unit economics, budget performance, and long-term brand value.
• Champion franchisee success: Build trusted relationships with franchise owners and ensure the organization delivers effective support, coaching, tools, and systems.
• Drive same-store growth: Improve lead generation, sales conversion, pricing, service delivery, labor productivity, customer retention, and local market execution.
• Accelerate network expansion: Partner with franchise development and onboarding teams to support responsible territory growth and strong new-unit performance.
• Build a high-performing team: Recruit, develop, and retain leaders who demonstrate accountability, collaboration, urgency, and a franchisee-first mindset.
• Leverage the HomeFront Brands platform: Collaborate across shared services and partner brands to maximize capabilities, share best practices, and create operating leverage.
• Protect the brand: Uphold brand standards, customer experience expectations, legal and regulatory requirements, and system-wide consistency.
• Use data to lead: Establish meaningful operating metrics, identify performance gaps, and take decisive action based on business intelligence and field insights.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Brand President, with accountability for the overall performance of a brand or business unit.
• Demonstrated executive leadership experience in the home services industry.
• Experience scaling a multi-location service business across multiple markets.
• Proven success leading growth, profitability, operational improvement, and organizational change.
• Strong command of business and financial drivers, including budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and performance management.
• Experience building productive relationships with franchisees, operators, field teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Track record of developing high-performing teams and creating a culture of accountability.
• Success using shared-service or platform capabilities to accelerate brand performance.
• Excellent communication, judgment, executive presence, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to support franchisees, employees, and brand priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and executive experience.
