Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring departments work together seamlessly and stay focused on exceeding guest expectations.

• Establish and support service recovery guidelines to resolve concerns quickly and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

• Coach, train, and develop front office team members; create a motivating environment where people can grow, learn, and advance.

• Assist the General Manager with the development, implementation, and monitoring of financial and operational plans that align with company goals.

• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.

• 2+ years of hotel or hospitality leadership experience with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of hotel software systems and property management tools
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, plus relevant operations experience
