Director Global Procurement

Reports To: President

The Fountainhead Group is seeking an experienced Director of Global Procurement to lead global sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing activities that support manufacturing operations and customer demand. Reporting to the President, this role is responsible for ensuring a reliable and cost-effective flow of materials, components, finished goods, equipment, and services while proactively mitigating supply disruption and strengthening overall procurement performance.

The Director will provide leadership to the procurement team and serve as a key business partner across Operations, Engineering, New Product Development, Finance, and other functional areas. This position requires a hands-on, strategic procurement leader with strong global sourcing and negotiation experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to balance cost, quality, delivery, inventory, and supply continuity across domestic and international suppliers.

Success is measured by delivering sustainable cost savings, strengthening global supplier relationships, reducing supply chain risk, and ensuring reliable material availability. The Director builds a highly collaborative, high-performing procurement team that works cross-functionally to improve efficiency, support business growth, and achieve strategic objectives.
