Job Description

About Us

At Todyl, we're on a mission to make world-class cybersecurity and networking accessible to businesses of all sizes. Our cloud-native Security Platform brings together SASE, SIEM, Endpoint Security, GRC, MXDR, and more into a unified, single-agent solution purpose-built for MSPs, MSSPs, and mid-market IT professionals.

We're a fast-growing, innovative cybersecurity company focused on simplifying complex security challenges and helping our partners protect their customers against an evolving threat landscape.

Our success is driven by a team that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. We move quickly, solve complex problems, and take ownership of the technology we build. At Todyl, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, tackle challenging technical problems, and help shape the future of cybersecurity.

What you’ll do

Campaigns

  • Turn marketing strategy into campaign plans, timelines and deliverables tied to growth goals.
  • Build, QA and launch email campaigns, nurtures and partner communications.
  • Own the master marketing calendar and keep every launch on time and accurate.
  • Webinars, events and launches
  • Run partner and prospect webinars end to end: scheduling, promotion, speakers, run-of-show, follow-up and recordings.
  • Work with field marketing on MSP events: pre- and post-event promotion, lead list uploads, and MQL and pipeline reporting.
  • Coordinate product launches and announcements across all channels.

HubSpot ownership and operations

  • Act as marketing’s HubSpot administrator and super user, in sync with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations.
  • Gather requirements, document every change, and manage our HubSpot agency.
  • Build workflows, automation, integrations and field mapping using best practices.
  • Own lead scoring, nurture, enrichment and reporting workflows across the full funnel.
  • Keep the database clean, working with operations teams on data governance.

Martech, data and measurement

  • Manage integrations across HubSpot.
  • Set up tracking from sign-up onward so attribution and the customer journey are measured accurately.
  • Own dashboards and KPIs, run A/B tests, and turn results into clear recommendations.

Collaboration

Work closely with all GTM teams: operations, sales and customer success.

Manage agencies and vendors, flag risks early, and document processes so marketing scales.

What you bring
  • Must live in Denver or Atlanta area, as this is in a hybrid role.
  • 5 to 7 years in marketing operations, growth or demand generation, including hands-on HubSpot administration.
  • Proven experience with workflow automation, lead scoring, database management and martech integrations.
  • Webinar and email campaign execution experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and able to run multiple projects on your own.
  • B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience, ideally marketing to MSPs or through a channel model.
