About This Position
Are you passionate about fostering relationships and proficient in sales? We seek a driven individual to join our vibrant team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this capacity, you will propel sales and develop robust relationships with property management clients across East Tennessee.

Major Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- No visible tattoos (must be able to be covered).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
